Meet Donna, the face behind Bodhi & Co!

You might have seen her around Paradise Gym or perhaps you’ve been lucky enough to do her spin class! One thing is for sure, with over 13 years experience in the health and fitness industry, a Bachelor of Human Movement and Exercise Physiology, a Graduate Diploma in Exercise Science and a Masters in Applied Science and Clinical Sports Rehabilitation – this woman is a powerhouse!

She’s much more comfortable working behind the scenes being the one fixing, supporting and encouraging people. And she’s really good at it!

Bodhi and Co now has two locations offering a range of services that are growing rapidly. These services include:
– Nutrition assessments and plans
– Cupping
– Dry needling
– Massage (remedial and relaxation)
– Pregnancy treatment and massage
